If you are trying to use API and it doesn`t work, first you need to check the status of the API option in the lower part of the “Security” section. If it is disabled, you need to turn it on. You also need to enter an alternative access password in the “Security” section to activate your API. Another possible reason is an incorrect configuration of API.
